About us
3TOM was founded in 2013 and our purpose is to empower, connect and celebrate women. We are a group of like-minded professional women in funds management based in Sydney. We aim to create a supportive network and to build meaningful and lasting relationships on a professional and personal level.
We organise social and educational events where networks can be fostered organically. We meet every 3rd Thursday of the month (3TOM) to catch up with industry peers, colleagues and friends and to make new connections.

How to join
We are a non-profit organisation and are grateful to be supported by our industry partners and sponsors. There is no charge to become a member.

Experienced Communications Advisor turned Responsible Investment Specialist at First Sentier Investors. Belinda is dedicated to promoting financial equality and thought leadership.

A supermom of two beautiful children and a puppy, Lauren is an Associate Director, Client Solutions Group at Macquarie Asset Management. Making her mark on many of the major investment banks, Lauren has also held roles at Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan.
